Contract Manager – Epic Reimbursement Contracts

We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager to provide operational leadership for the development, implementation, and maintenance of Epic reimbursement contracts. This role is critical in ensuring accurate contract configuration, reimbursement modeling, and alignment with billing, coding, and revenue cycle processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the analysis, build, and maintenance of reimbursement contracts within Epic.
• Configure and validate payer reimbursement methodologies and contract terms.
• Collaborate with operational, technical, and revenue cycle teams to optimize contract performance.
• Perform contract modeling, reimbursement analysis, and troubleshooting.
• Ensure accurate programming of reimbursement rates and compliance with payer agreements.
• Support revenue integrity initiatives through effective contract management and system optimization.

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide, train, and collaborate across departments.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the healthcare revenue cycle and third-party reimbursement methodologies.
• Expertise in contract modeling, payment methodologies, and reimbursement calculations.
• Experience interpreting contract language and translating terms into system configuration.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to effectively partner with both operational and technical stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Contract Management, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of healthcare revenue cycle experience.
• 5+ years of Epic experience, including Epic Resolute Hospital Billing (HB) .
• Experience with patient accounting, payer contracting, contract modeling systems, and healthcare reimbursement.
• Epic Resolute Hospital Billing Expected Reimbursement Contracts Certification preferred.
• Epic Resolute Hospital Billing Expected Reimbursement Contracts Administration/Management Certification preferred.

Location: Tarrytown, New York

Work Hours: M-F, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Annual Base Salary Range: $92,000.00 to $115,000.00
