Quality Assurance Engineer - Manual & API (Fully Remote)

Project Overview: Join a fast-paced, collaborative Agile team focused on quality assurance and platform reliability of a web-based SaaS platform. Verify core functional workflows, API integrations, data integrity, and WCAG accessibility compliance within a modern tech ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: Plan, design, and execute end-to-end manual tests, functional tests, and regression suites for platform stability. Validate RESTful APIs with Postman, verify SQL database data, and perform accessibility audits with WCAG tooling. Manage defects in Jira, collaborate in Agile ceremonies, and use Datadog for log analysis and monitoring. Must-Have Skills: 3–5 years of QA experience with manual testing and end-to-end workflow validation. Strong API testing with Postman, SQL, Jira, WCAG, and Agile/Scrum collaboration. Experience with Datadog, Kafka, MongoDB, and CI/CD pipelines is preferred.
