We are looking for a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join a team in Sussex, Wisconsin in a contract capacity. This position focuses on supporting customers through accurate quote preparation, order processing, and responsive communication that helps create a smooth end-to-end experience. The ideal candidate brings a strong service mindset, works well across departments, and is comfortable managing multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and follow-through.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process customer quotes, sales orders, and related transactions with a high level of accuracy and timeliness.

• Monitor open orders and follow up proactively with customers regarding status updates, changes, and next steps.

• Coordinate revisions, rush requests, and other order adjustments to help meet customer expectations and business requirements.

• Administer subscription and contract records for platform and cellular services, ensuring details remain current and organized.

• Partner with internal teams to address customer questions, resolve issues, and communicate information clearly throughout the order lifecycle.

• Maintain thorough documentation of customer interactions, order activity, and service updates within CRM and related systems.

• Recommend practical improvements to quoting, order handling, and service workflows to support greater efficiency and consistency.

• Contribute to team performance goals by delivering strong service results, supporting KPI targets, and helping enhance the overall customer experience.

• Represent the voice of the customer by sharing feedback and insights that support better service and cross-functional decision-making.

• Perform additional assigned duties as needed to support daily operations and customer needs.

• 3+ years of experience in customer service, order entry, quoting, or a related support function.
• Proven ability to manage customer orders, revisions, and follow-up tasks with strong attention to detail.
• Experience handling inbound customer communication in a detail-oriented and service-focused manner.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and order management tools for tracking customer activity and maintaining accurate records.
• Ability to prepare customer quotes and communicate pricing or order information clearly and accurately.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and support customer satisfaction.
• Experience working toward service metrics, productivity goals, or KPI-based performance expectations.
