Medical Surgical Registered Nurse Opportunity

Seeking a skilled Registered Nurse specialized in Medical Surgical care to provide high-quality patient services. The nurse will deliver compassionate, efficient, and effective care in both emergency room and medical-surgical units.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments following physician orders.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes in condition.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document patient care activities accurately and promptly.
• Educate patients and families on health management and post-discharge care.

Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Proven experience in Medical Surgical settings.
• Ability to work both ER and MS shifts, including 7p-7:30a and on-call hours.
• Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills.
• CPR and ACLS certifications required.
• Demonstrates adaptability to various clinical environments.
