Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist - $1,912 per week

Job Title MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Oxford, Florida. Job Details Specialty: Physical Therapist Discipline: Therapy Start Date: 05/18/2026 Duration: 13 weeks Hours per week: 40 hours Shift: 8 hours Employment Type: Travel Responsibilities The Physical Therapist / PT is responsible for the assessment of referred patients that require rehabilitation services, including providing direct patient care, assessing medical condition, functional capabilities, limitations, restrictions, and potential for rehabilitation. The PT will establish and administer a treatment program with specific goals determined according to the patient's capacity and tolerance under direction of the Physician, set realistic achievable goals, document and record patient's condition, and educate patients and families on appropriate PT methods. Develops a plan of care for each physical therapy patient. Provides skilled physical therapy services/interventions in accordance with physician orders. Assesses patient needs, plans for, evaluates and modifies care to meet goals of physical therapy interventions. Collaborates with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient. Requirements Must hold a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy OR a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and have passed the NPTE. Must have graduated from an accredited school. Minimum one year's experience. Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist / PT or be proactively in the process of the application process for current state licensure.
