Nurse Practitioner Or Physician Assistant
A Skilled Nursing Facility in Silvis, IL is looking for a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to deliver primary and post-acute care to geriatric patients.
Monday-Friday schedule
No call, no nights and no weekends
4 weeks PTO + 1 week CME
Full benefits (health, dental, vision, and more)
Collaborative, team-based environment
The primary purpose of the NP/PA is to administer provider-level direct patient care services within the Skilled Nursing facility.
