Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Ambulatory - Family Medicine Care Stop 10 Community Physician Network Indianapolis Southside 1 Indianapolis, IN 46227 United States Shift Day Job Hours Monday - Friday 6:45AM - 5:15PM. Make a Difference The Ambulatory LPN works hand‑in‑hand with the Physician to achieve quality outcomes for the patient. The Ambulatory LPN will assist the provider of a health care site with facilitation of patient visits and procedures, routine laboratory tests, referrals, and quality outcomes for the population of the practice. Helps cover back‑office patient care and administrative responsibilities in the event of clinician illness, approved time‑off, jury duty, funeral time, times of high census, other growth needs determined/identified by practice management team. This opportunity is located at our Stop 11, Family Medicine Practice, at 5908 E. Stop 11 Road Indianapolis, IN 46237. Exceptional Skills & Qualifications Graduate of a recognized accredited school of practical nursing, or the Graduate of a non‑accredited school of practical nursing with three years related professional nursing experience. (Required) Previous experience in medical office or health care setting. (Preferred) Licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) by the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency (IPLA) Why Community?
