Position Overview As a PRN Multimodality Technologist, you will perform both MRI and CT imaging services, ensuring patient safety, obtaining high-quality diagnostic images, and delivering excellent patient care. You will use your expertise in anatomy, physiology, and imaging technology to operate MRI and CT scanners, ensuring smooth and efficient procedures. Qualifications for MRI Technologists Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program. Florida license in Radiography and ARRT certification in MRI. Minimum of 1 year of MRI experience, including venipuncture. BLS certification. Knowledge of MRI safety protocols and experience ensuring the safety of patients and staff around the MRI's magnetic field. Qualifications for CT Technologists Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program. Florida license in Radiography and ARRT certification in Computed Tomography (CT). Minimum of 1 year of CT experience, including administering contrast media. BLS certification. Ability to perform quality CT scans while ensuring patient comfort and accurate positioning. Preferred Qualifications ACLS certification and proficiency with PACS and Radiology Information Systems. Multimodality technologists with both MRI and CT experience are highly valued! Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 100 lbs, stand, stoop, lift, and walk without restrictions. Flexible PRN Schedule Various shifts available, including weekends and evenings.
