Balanced academic schedule with 4.5 clinical days per week, protected administrative time, and a predictable clinic and OR structure that respects your time. Only

2-3 weeks of call per year

- residents and fellows handle first call, you supervise. Your life outside the hospital remains yours. Clinic and ASC co-located at a single site - no travel between locations, no wasted time.
