Fiscal Technician (Local Government) - Lebanon County C&Y

The Fiscal Technician at Lebanon County Children and Youth Services plays an important part in keeping financial records accurate and organized. As a Fiscal Technician, you will perform the following duties: Financial Entry: Enter expenditures and income and verify completion of journal transfers and deposits Record Review: Check ledger account numbers and vendor information before processing invoices Quarterly Tracking: Allocate quarterly expenses and prepare related reports Document Processing: Review and process financial, payroll, and audit documents Data Maintenance: Compile fiscal data, maintain files, and support deadlines for required reports Work Schedule and Additional Information: Full-time employment Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch. Telework: You will not have the option to telework in this position. Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable. QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: One year as a Fiscal Assistant; or Three years of work involving the maintenance of fiscal or financial records, including one year of responsible work which involves the application of accounting or fiscal principles and practices; and graduation from high school; or One year of experience in maintaining and reviewing fiscal records and an associate degree in accounting or business administration; or Any equivalent combination of experience and training.
