Pay Grade: 14 ESFM is the corporate facilities management (FM) division of Compass Group USA, a Gold-level Corporate Sustaining Partner of the International Facility Management Association (IFMA), and a Platinum Corporate Member of the Association of Energy Engineers (AEE). Position Title: PROJECT MANAGER Salary: $85,000 - $100,000 Pay Grade: 14 ESFM self-performs 80% of all FM services provided to clients. ESFM’s clients include many household names from the life sciences, technology, oil & gas and manufacturing markets. Job Summary The Project Manager will plan, direct, and coordinate the activities of the designated project to ensure that the goals or objectives of the project are accomplished within the prescribed time frame and funding parameters. This is an on-site position. Key Responsibilities Support the planning, execution, and tracking of corporate and site projects to ensure timelines and objectives are met Assist in defining project scope, schedules, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and project leadership Coordinate project activities, meetings, and communications across cross-functional teams Track project progress, identify risks or issues, and elevate as needed Support change management processes and maintain project documentation Assist in aligning projects with preventative maintenance programs to enhance equipment reliability and operational efficiency Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to support facility updates and equipment improvements Review and help maintain AutoCAD and other CAD drawings for project planning, layouts, and modifications Ensure adherence to cGMPs and compliance with DOT, FAA, OSHA, and other applicable regulations Monitor team progress and support process improvements and operational efficiencies Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience 2+ years of experience supporting project management activities, preferably in a regulated environment (pharma, manufacturing, or logistics) Basic understanding of preventative maintenance programs and operational workflows Working knowledge of AutoCAD (required) or other CAD software Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project) Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills Ability to communicate effectively across cross-functional teams Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities Associates At ESFM Are Offered Many Fantastic Benefits.
