Location: Sunnyvale, CA — 100% Onsite

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Sr. Test Engineer – Wireless & Network Testing with strong expertise in carrier-grade telecom equipment, wireless technologies, and L2/L3 network testing. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience testing routers, switches, wireless systems, and large-scale multi-vendor network environments.

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of hands-on experience testing and qualifying carrier-grade telecom equipment, including routers and switches.
- Strong experience with wireless technologies , particularly mmWave and E-band point-to-point technologies.
- Solid understanding of RF performance metrics including SNR, BER, and RSL .
- Strong hands-on knowledge of L2/L3 protocols , including Ethernet, VLANs, IP, MPLS, BGP, and QoS.
- Experience setting up, configuring, testing, and troubleshooting complex, large-scale, multi-vendor network environments .
- Hands-on experience with traffic generators and network analyzers , such as Ixia/Keysight and OTDR.
- Strong Linux, testing, and CI/CD experience.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- PON testing experience is highly desirable
