What We're Looking For Were seeking high-performance Group Fitness Coaches who: Have hands-on experience leading group fitness or personal training sessions Hold a nationally recognized certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, or similar) Reside within 30 minutes of our Houston studio Are confident on the mic and in command of the room Communicate clearly, coach intentionally, and bring positive energy to every class Are passionate about functional training , progressive programming , and member results Value a collaborative team culture where coaches support each other and elevate the experience Bonus Points For: A background in HIIT, strength-based training , or athletic performance coaching CPR/AED certified and safety-focused What You'll Do at BFT Houston Deliver high-quality, pre-programmed workouts that challenge and motivate Provide movement corrections , personalized coaching, and scalable modifications Build authentic relationships with members to foster retention and trust Keep our studio environment clean, professional, and full of energy Represent the BFT brand with integrity inside and outside the studio Ready to Lead Houston's Fitness Revolution?
