This program supports individuals with developmental disabilities and complex medical needs living within our residential homes. **Schedule:** Full time, 32 hours a week * Monday 7a-3p* Tuesday 7a-3p* Thursday 7a-3p* Friday 7a-3p We offer various scheduling options, including 3-day-per-week and full-time. Let us know what works best for you! **Pay:** $22.62/hour Opportunity to attend paid internal NADSP training to become a certified Direct Support Professional which leads to career advancement and pay increases. **About Home:** Three male adults in the area of Durham, NH. **Responsibilities:**The Direct Support Associate will support in promoting independence, creating a safe environment, and providing companionship to clients in a residential home setting.* Assist clients with activities of daily living such as personal care and medication administration* Assisting with lifting, transferring, and mobility support* Support and assist with household tasks such as light housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry* Accompany individuals on outings such as daily activities, appointments, and community events* Follow each individuals care plan* All staff will undergo training in conflict resolution and behavioral health safety* Complete required daily documentation on a computer or tablet* Other duties as needed or assigned **Qualifications:*** High School Diploma or GED* Must be 18 years of age or older* Experience providing direct support or direct care (*preferred*)* Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance What’s in it for you?
