In this capacity, the CLS performs the preanalytical, analytical and post analytical and is responsible for quality control, equipment maintenance and all reporting and documentation.**Pay Range**Minimum $59.00 Midpoint $59.00 Maximum $60.00*Rate of pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, education, as well as position requirements.***Experience** \* Required: Minimum six months of Clinical Laboratory experience. \* Preferred: Two years of Clinical Laboratory experience. **Education** \* Required: Bachelor’s degree in Biological Science. **Special Skills** \* Required: Strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Proficient computer skills. Able to relate and communicate positively, effectively, and professionally with others; work calmly and respond courteously when under pressure; collaborate and accept direction.
