Onsite Community Manager
Taylor Management is seeking a motivated and dedicated Onsite Community Manager to oversee the daily operations and overall management of our residential community. This role involves directly interacting with residents, coordinating maintenance and vendor services, and ensuring compliance with community policies and standards. Salary $60,000-$70,000.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing daily community operations and maintenance schedules.
- Serving as the primary liaison between residents, vendors, and the management company.
- Organizing community events and meetings to enhance resident engagement.
- Maintaining accurate records and preparing reports for the Board of Directors.
- Ensuring compliance with regulations and governing documents.
