Program Details This is a part‑time internship position. Internships are approximately 24 hours per week, Tuesday through Thursday, and in‑office unless otherwise noted. Our program includes a welcome orientation, career planning sessions, projects, and other events throughout the internship period. Essential Responsibilities Interns will participate in daily mailroom operations, work on department‑specific research projects, perform administrative duties, and support with ad‑hoc tasks. They may also be asked to complete an end‑of‑internship project utilizing the knowledge acquired over the course of the internship. Qualifications Detail‑oriented with ability to handle complex instructions with care and follow‑through. Excellent multitasker with proven problem‑solving abilities. Friendly, open demeanor with ability to maintain confidentiality at all times. Adaptable to changes and able to work in a fast‑paced, demanding environment. Dependable and proactive. Able to prioritize workload and use time efficiently. Basic understanding of and strong desire to build a career in the entertainment industry. Important Dates July 6: Recruiters begin reviewing applications and reaching out to candidates. August 13: Roles will be filled on a rolling basis; goal is to extend all offers by this date. September 15: Internship starts. November 19: Internship ends.
