As an LPN Registered Nurse Supervisor , you’ll provide hands-on leadership, guide and mentor nursing staff, oversee daily clinical operations, and help ensure our residents receive the highest quality of care. Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Supervisor Schedule & Benefits
Schedule: Full-time on 3-11p or 11-7a positions available, including every other weekend

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Supervisor Qualifications
Associates or Bachelor Degree in Nursing
Current, Unencumbered New Jersey Practical Nurse License
At least 1 years of long-term care or subacute experience is preferred but not required
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Supervisor Responsibilities
Directly supervise the nursing staff on assigned shift by monitoring the distribution of medications, blood draws, and other elements of patient care
Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times throughout the shift
Provide education, as needed, to staff, residents and resident family members
Ensure staff are performing all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines
Other duties as assigned by Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing or Administrator
