We are currently leasing established Class A CDL teams to run rock-solid, dedicated USPS and FedEx mail contracts out of our main Atlanta hub.
Because postal freight never stops, we guarantee our teams consistent, high-volume volume ranging from 5,500 to 6,500 miles every single week.
The Ultimate Team Truck: 2024 Volvo VNL 860
- We know how hard team life is on the road, which is why we put our drivers in the highest-spec luxury trucks on the market. You'll be operating a fully loaded Volvo VNL 860:
- Max-Comfort Cabin: Features the massive Volvo sleeper layout complete with a convertible rear booth dinette setup.
- Premium Driver Perks: Leather heated seats, factory-installed refrigerator, microwave, heavy-duty power inverter, and integrated bunk heating systems.
- Road Performance: Smooth automatic transmission, high-visibility LED lighting, front deer guards, and governed generously at 72 MPH on the pedal (70 MPH on cruise).
- Trailing Equipment: Reliable, well-maintained 2021 to 2024 Dry Vans.
Financial Payouts & Bonuses:
- Premium Team Mileage: $0.75 CPM.
- Weekly Earnings: Take home an average of 21,000 to $2,200 gross per driver, every single Friday.
- Tax Structure: Independent Contractor (1099) placement.
- Full Road Support: All fuel cards, EZ-Pass, and Scale Passes are company-provided. Additional bonuses are regularly paid out for safe driving records and clean DOT inspections.
Schedule & Easy Onboarding:
- Time on the Road: 4 weeks out on our nationwide network, followed by 5 full days of dedicated home time to rest and reset.
- Paid Integration: We handle 100% of the transition costs. Travel, private hotel lodging, Uber transportation, and required pre-employment drug testing are fully covered.
- Hiring Locations: Accepting established team applications Nationwide.
Who We Need on Our Team:
- Both partners must hold a current, valid Class A CDL.
- At least one driver in the truck must possess a minimum of 2 years of verifiable OTR tractor-trailer experience.
- Spotless Driving History: Pristine MVR with absolutely zero moving violations and zero accidents on record.
- Clean background with no DUI history and no SAP program completions.
