In this role, you will set up and operate CNC mills to produce precision components to tight tolerances. Working from blueprints, you will carry out first article inspection, troubleshoot machines as issues arise, and maintain high-quality standards throughout. You will train on day shift alongside experienced machinists before moving across to 2nd shift once you are fully up to speed.

This role would suit an experienced CNC Mill Machinist with setup experience, looking to maximise their earnings on 2nd shift with a clear path to progress.

The Role:

• Setting up and operating CNC mills to produce precision components.
• Working to tight tolerances from blueprints and carrying out first article inspection.
• Troubleshooting machines and maintaining high-quality standards throughout production.
