Physician Assistant - $15K Sign-On Bonus

COMPENSATION & INCENTIVES $15,000 Sign-On Bonus (50% at start / 50% at 12 months) Competitive base salary commensurate with experience Full benefits package including medical, dental, and vision Paid CME allowance all licensure and credentialing fees covered Malpractice insurance with tail coverage POSITION OVERVIEW Service: ICU & Trauma (inpatient) Schedule: depending on rotation ICU vs. Trauma 7 on / 7 off and flexible scheduling is available Trauma does 24 hour shifts with 3 to 4 shifts every 2 weeks ICU is a week on / week off Setting: Acute care hospital Scope: Full-scope APP practice with collaborative physician support Pay scale depending on experience - $80-$100 / hr. RESPONSIBILITIES Manage complex ICU and trauma patients in collaboration with attending physicians Perform H&Ps, daily notes, orders, and procedures appropriate to scope Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and care coordination Ensure timely, high-quality documentation QUALIFICATIONS Current PA-C licensure (ACNP or acute care certification preferred) ICU, trauma, surgical, or emergency experience strongly preferred New grads with acute care clinical training encouraged to apply BLS and ACLS required; ATLS a plus WHY JOIN US?
