Physical Therapist Belmar NJ – Urgently Hiring We are seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist to join our team in Belmar, NJ. You will improve patients’ quality of life through accurate, timely and effective diagnosis and treatment of orthopedic disorders. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, experience in sports medicine/orthopedics, and is comfortable treating lower extremities and working in a multidisciplinary practice. Our practice includes acupuncture, chiropractic, Physical and Occupational Therapy, and we collaborate to treat patients comprehensively. We focus on orthopedic injuries and an active population looking to restore health and improve quality of life. We provide patient‑centered care, individualized, compassionate sports rehab and recovery. Duties Perform thorough patient assessments, including medical history and physical examinations Reduce pain and restore healthy function within the scope and standard of occupational therapy care Fully engage patients in their recovery process Seamlessly co‑manage patient care with the provider team Contribute to collaborative care model with the provider team Diagnose health problems through review of patient medical history and information provided during observational questions and examination Join with and engage patients’ commitment and participation in their treatment plan and return to musculoskeletal health Plan, prepare and carry out individually designed programs of occupational treatment to maintain, improve or restore physical functioning, alleviate pain, and prevent dysfunction in patients Evaluate effects of treatment at various stages and adjust treatments to achieve maximum benefit Maintain complete records for each patient of each encounter Manage each patient case in collaboration with provider colleagues Administer and/or oversee treatments and therapies Requirements Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy Program Current State of New Jersey Physical Therapy license Compensation $95k‑$105k depending on experience Schedule Full time Monday – Friday Benefits Bonus compensation PTO Health Insurance FSA eligibility Continuing education and professional development reimbursement We bring a team of specialists from different disciplines who consult and work together to provide our patients with comprehensive care.
