Overview

We are seeking a skilled Toolmaker to join our dynamic team in Jonesboro, AR, 72450. As a Toolmaker, you will play a crucial role in the design, fabrication, and maintenance of precision tools and dies that are essential for our manufacturing processes. • Design and fabricate precision tools, dies, and fixtures according to specifications.
• Maintain and repair existing tools to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Collaborate with engineers and production staff to improve tool designs and manufacturing processes.
• Utilize various machining techniques including milling, turning, grinding, and electrical discharge machining (EDM).
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure tools meet required standards and tolerances.
• Document tool specifications, maintenance records, and any modifications made.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in Toolmaking or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a Toolmaker or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics.
• Strong knowledge of machining processes and tools, including CNC operations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to safety and quality.

You should be proficient in:

• Metal Stamping & Forming (Progressive Die)
• Tool/Die/Mold Setup Experience
