What You’ll Do As a Server you’llplay an essential role in daily operations andmaintainingthehigh levelof service that our guests expectwiththeir dining experiences. Your responsibilities will include: Greet guests, presents menu, answers questions, andmakessuggestionsregardingfood and service. Learnsmenu items and daily specials. Working knowledge of spirits,beerand wines. Writes order on check and enters ordered items in RTP system. Serves courses from kitchen and bar. Observes diners to respond to anyadditionalrequests and todeterminewhenmealhas been completed. Assistin preparation of some items, asdeterminedby Outlet Chef and Outlet Manager. Clears and resets counters and/or tables atconclusionof each course, arrange tablesetting.
