Haustechnik-Experte (m/w/d) - Flexible Zeiten, Weiterbildung

Willkommen im Team der Hildegard von Bingen Senioren-Zentren! Wir suchen eine engagierte Persönlichkeit für unser Haustechnik-Team in Niedernhausen. In dieser Rolle sind Sie dafür verantwortlich, dass unsere Einrichtungen stets in bestem Zustand sind und unsere Bewohner sich wohlfühlen.

Sicherstellung der Funktionsfähigkeit aller technischen Anlagen und Systeme.
Durchführung von Reparaturen und Wartungsarbeiten im gesamten Gebäude.
Unterstützung bei der Planung und Umsetzung von Renovierungs- und Modernisierungsprojekten.
Regelmäßige Überprüfung der Sicherheitsstandards und Einhaltung der gesetzlichen Vorschriften.
Koordination und Überwachung externer Dienstleister und Handwerker.
Unterstützung des Teams bei allgemeinen Hausmeistertätigkeiten.

Um Teil unseres Teams zu werden, sollten Sie folgende Qualifikationen und Fähigkeiten mitbringen:

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Haustechnik, Facility Management oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
Erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Haustechnik ist von Vorteil, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich.
Handwerkliches Geschick und technisches Verständnis.
Selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise.
Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Teamgeist.
Führerschein der Klasse B ist wünschenswert.
