With more than 200 appointments generated each month, our growing team provides the opportunity to learn directly from experienced Charleston real estate professionals while gaining valuable, hands-on industry experience. You'll receive comprehensive training, personalized mentorship, and ongoing support to strengthen your skills, build confidence, and develop the foundation needed for long-term success.
As part of the program, you'll also have the opportunity to work toward obtaining your South Carolina real estate license at no cost, giving you the education and practical experience needed to take the next step in your real estate career.
