Customer Care Representative

This position is part of our Customer Care team providing top-notch service to our customers.Juniper is a full-service landscape design, build, and management company servicing the Southeast. Join our company, where we Welcome/Grow/Celebrate you at Juniper!Responsibilities:Maintain updated knowledge of all company services in order to provide adequate education to customersField incoming phone calls and respond to customers using various forms of communicationPromptly respond to customer questions submitted via emailAnswer customer questions and provide information to resolve any issuesProcess tickets for customers when necessaryObtain necessary information from customers to adequately follow upDocument important customer information for future referenceCollect and record customer feedback and information, and share with appropriate departments and team membersFoster and maintain relationships with customers to improve retention rateAttend all required customer service-related meetingsOther relevant job duties as needed.Requirements:2+ years of experience in a call center or customer service-related role is requiredBilingual in English and Spanish is requiredHigh school diploma or GED equivalentAbility to effectively manage escalated calls by identifying issues, troubleshooting efficiently, and delivering clear, timely resolutions.Outstanding customer service and communication skills (written and oral)Ability to foster and maintain positive relationshipsOrganizational skills with the ability to manage numerous projects and priorities at oncePositive, service-oriented attitudeAbility to thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environmentBasic computer skills, familiarity with Microsoft products, and excellent phone dispositionWillingness to work independently or as part of a teamWe Welcome/Grow/Celebrate you at Juniper!
