Program ManagerCape Fox subsidiary, Kwaan Tech, LLC, is seeking a highly organized and motivated Program Manager to join our team in support of a NAVSEA Naval Shipyard Support Office (NSSO) client. This role requires strong knowledge of DoD program management, contractor oversight, and government contract administration, while providing overall program leadership and contract management, ensuring quality control and compliance with contract requirements, and managing program deliverables, schedules, and resources. This position is contingent upon award. Incumbents are encouraged to apply! The salary range (or hiring range) for this exempt position is: $154,000 - $169,291. This job will be posted until filled or withdrawn.Core Duties:Coordinate and monitor the scheduling, pricing, and technical performance of company programsNegotiate and prepare contracts by considering the financial conditions, resources, and contractual requirementsDevelop new business and expand product lineEnsure adherence to master plans and schedules, develops solutions to program problems, and direct work of staff assigned to program from various departmentsEnsure projects are completed on time and within budgetAct as advisor to program team regarding projects, tasks, and operationsPrepare proposals to win new programsManage subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobsEnsure that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhere to approved budgets.
