Print & Design Specialist

JOB SUMMARY: Coordinates the visual aspects of marketing by producing graphic design, print production, signage, and installation projects that support internal and external communications across multiple marketing channels. Duties & Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Collaborate with the Marketing Department to plan and execute graphic design projects and promotional campaigns. Create artwork for print, digital platforms, social media, promotional materials, and corporate communications. Design brochures, flyers, advertisements, signage, point-of-purchase displays, and other marketing collateral using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe InDesign. Coordinate graphic design projects from concept through final production while maintaining company branding standards. Operate and maintain large-format printing equipment and related production machinery. Prepare print-ready files and organize production schedules for efficient workflow. Coordinate outsourced print projects with approved vendors and suppliers. Monitor inventory levels of print materials, inks, substrates, and production supplies. Produce promotional signage, retail signage, office graphics, displays, and other printed marketing materials. Coordinate the installation of signage and displays with approved contractors. Verify production specifications and perform quality checks before and after printing. Establish project schedules and coordinate activities with internal departments, vendors, and installers. Maintain accurate records of projects, production costs, invoices, inventories, and materials. Assist with monitoring project budgets and production expenses. Maintain professionalism, creativity, accuracy, and attention to detail while consistently meeting project deadlines. Perform other duties as assigned. Job Requirements: Must be well-groomed and maintain a professional appearance at all times. Must maintain confidentiality when handling company information and marketing materials. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Must be proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe InDesign. Must have strong knowledge of graphic design, print production, branding, layout, and typography. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Must possess strong organizational, time management, and project coordination skills. Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting assigned deadlines. Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision. Must demonstrate strong problem-solving, decision-making, and attention to detail.
