Finance Specialist

Role And Responsibilities The Finance Specialist will support day-to-day financial operations, including accounts receivable/payable, financial closing, and inventory management. This position is open to both entry-level candidates and junior professionals (up to Senior Associate level) who are eager to develop their career in corporate finance. Accounts Receivable & Payable Support: Support AR billing, collections, and vendor invoice processing (AP approval process). Financial Closing & Reporting: Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities and run regular financial reports. Inventory Control & Audit: Participate in regular physical inventory counts and assist in processing inventory write-offs/write-ons. Audit Support & Compliance: Help prepare documentation and support requests for internal and external audits. Ad-hoc Financial Support: Assist with administrative financial tasks and ad-hoc analysis as assigned. Skills And Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Years of Experience: 0–4 years of experience in corporate finance, accounting, or a related business field. Basic understanding of general accounting principles. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, basic formulas). Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and willingness to learn. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications: Internship or prior work experience in finance/accounting roles. Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP). Bilingual in English and Korean is highly preferred to facilitate communication with headquarters or regional teams. Actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, and comparison to other employees in the role.
