URGENT NEED | Vascular Surgeon | New York

Job Description

Opportunity Details:

• Provide comprehensive vascular surgery care across inpatient, outpatient, and operative settings, including evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment planning • Perform a broad range of vascular and endovascular procedures in both standard and hybrid OR environments, excluding open AAA cases • Manage post operative care, including monitoring for complications and coordinating follow up treatment plans Participate in on call coverage with responsibility for urgent consults, post operative issues, and inpatient rounding as needed • Manage an average of 16 to 18 patients per day across clinic and hospital settings with a mix of consults, follow ups, and procedural cases Work as the sole vascular surgeon on site with clinical and procedural support from 2 advanced practice providers


Requirements:

• Active NY License • Active NY DEA • Active ACLS certification *required • Board Certified in Vascular Surgery • ABS or SVSS certification *required • ABVLM *preferred Must have clean background *no exceptions
