About the Role
The Company is in search of a VP of Content and Audio Storytelling to join their Global Communications team. The successful candidate will be a bold and strategic storyteller with a strong background in content creation, particularly in the realm of audio. This role is pivotal in bringing the company's progress to life and uniting colleagues worldwide around its mission. Key responsibilities include crafting a diverse range of written materials, from in-depth articles to video scripts, and producing engaging audio content such as podcasts and narrative stories. The VP will also be responsible for analyzing content performance, managing the production lifecycle of various projects, and ensuring that all content aligns with the company's strategic goals. Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in content strategy, corporate communications, journalism, or a related field, and possess an expert-level skill set in writing, storytelling, and editing. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in audio production and the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across a complex organization. Strong organizational and project management skills are essential, as is the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a positive professional attitude, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work with integrity and dependability.
