We are looking for outstanding individuals to join the culinary team as a Dining Room Supervisor. You will make a difference in the lives of residents by coordinating dining room operations. This includes ensuring adequate staff coverage, assisting with special requests and directing effective food service. The culinary team enhances Legend's Gold Leaf Dining experience, which sets a high standard for atmosphere and food quality.

We are looking for a Dining Room Supervisor to:

• Directly supervise all dining staff, including table and section assignments
• Ensure adequate staffing for dining room services and assist where as needed
• Train dining staff on Legend's Gold Leaf Dining standards, including prompt, efficient and courteous service
• Ensure proper setup, stock and cleanliness of dining room including tables, chairs, floors, and service areas
• Relay special food requests, meal concerns, and other comments to the appropriate individuals

Requirements:

• Required: one year prior experience in a food service or related hospitality field
• Required: high school diploma or GED
• Prefer: prior experience supervising dining room or restaurant staff
