Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate damaged products reported by Receiving, conducting thorough root cause analysis to identify issues.
• Verify the integrity and compliance of final products, ensuring they meet industry standards.
• Collaborate with the Quality team to document findings and escalate deficiencies when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of quality inspections and investigations.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience in quality assurance or clerical roles involving quality documentation.
• Transferable skills from regulated industries such as GMP, GDP, Food, or Medical Devices are highly valued.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of industry standards and compliance protocols is a plus.
