Location: Stockton, California

Schedule: Full-Time | Weekdays | 40 Hours per Week

Practice Setting: Private Outpatient Practice

Compensation: $27–$51 per hour, plus an excellent benefits package

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join a growing outpatient physical therapy team in Stockton, California.

What You'll Do

As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will play an important role in delivering exceptional patient care. Responsibilities include:

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and rehabilitation programs
• Monitor patient progress and communicate observations with the Physical Therapist and clinical team
• Educate patients on exercises, treatment plans, and techniques that support their recovery
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Build positive relationships with patients, families, physicians, and members of the healthcare team
• Help create a welcoming, supportive, and patient-centered clinical environment

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist Assistant license
• Associate’s Degree or higher from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A compassionate, patient-focused approach to care
• Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative clinical team
