Rock Lane Resort is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Dock Attendant to join our waterfront team. **Key Responsibilities:**

- Greet guests warmly as they arrive at the dock, providing a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

- Assist guests with boat rentals, ensuring they receive the necessary safety equipment and instructions for a safe and enjoyable experience.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dock area, including boats, equipment, and surrounding facilities.

- Monitor dock activities to ensure guest safety and adherence to resort policies.

- Provide guests with information about local attractions, lake conditions, and resort amenities, enhancing their overall experience.

- Assist with launching and retrieving boats, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

- Address any guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally, striving to exceed expectations.

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operations and a positive guest experience.

- Participate in routine maintenance of dock facilities and equipment as required.

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

- Previous customer service experience, especially in hospitality or recreational settings, is a plus.

- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

- Basic knowledge of boating and water safety is preferred; willingness to learn is essential.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

- Must be able to lift and carry heavy objects and perform outdoor tasks in varying weather conditions.
