Respiratory Therapy Supervisor

Encompass Health seeks a Respiratory Therapy Supervisor to lead respiratory services in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this on-site role, you’ll supervise therapists, coordinate schedules, and ensure high-quality respiratory care, including complex ventilator management and respiratory assessments. You will collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and rehab teams to develop patient-centered treatment plans, support staff development, and uphold regulatory, safety, and quality standards in a nurturing, growth-focused environment.
