Maintenance Assistant
As a maintenance assistant, your job is to help keep the building in good repair, clean, and safe for the older adults who live there. Your dedication will help create a nurturing and supportive environment for those in need.
Responsibilities:
- Driving the facility van and transporting residents to appointments.
- Performing small household repairs such as patching walls.
- Basic grounds/landscape care.
- Small painting projects.
- Fixture changes.
- Carpet extraction.
- Any other repair or general maintenance needed.
Qualifications:
- 18 years or older.
- Previous experience with small household repairs.
- Must have a valid state-issued driver's license.
