At SBG, we value quality, teamwork, innovation, and the dedicated employees who make our success possible General Laborer Full-Time | Multiple Shifts Available Standard Bent Glass is looking for General Laborers to join our growing manufacturing team. This is a hands‑on position working with glass products in a fast‑paced production environment. No previous glass manufacturing experience is required—we provide training to the right candidates. What You'll Do Perform general labor and production duties throughout the manufacturing process. Load, unload, move, and handle glass and materials safely. Assist Production Operators with daily manufacturing tasks. Inspect products for visible defects and report quality concerns. Follow work instructions, production requirements, and safety procedures. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Work as part of a team to meet production and quality goals. Perform other duties as assigned. What We're Looking For Reliable and dependable attendance. Ability to follow instructions and work safely. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to learn new processes and skills. Previous manufacturing or production experience is helpful but not required . Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Must be willing to work the assigned shift and overtime as needed. Pay & Shifts Starting Pay: $17.20/hour Multiple shifts are available, including:

1. st Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday–Thursday, with Friday overtime as needed
2. nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM, Monday–Thursday, with Friday overtime as needed
3. rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM, Monday–Friday

Shift premiums may apply depending on the assigned shift.
