Machine Operator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $17.00 /hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• First Shift (Sunday through Sunday from 08:00am to 08:00pm)

• Operate, monitor, and maintain manufacturing equipment and machinery.
• Set up production lines and prepare machinery for operation.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet high standards.
• Perform minor maintenance and troubleshoot basic operational issues.
• Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and company guidelines.

Machine Operator Qualifications:

• No previous machine operating experience required – we will train you!
• Strong work ethic and an eagerness to learn new skills.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential for success.
• Ability to commit to the demanding 12-hour rotating shift schedule, including weekends and required overtime.
• Successful completion of a background check and drug screening.
• Comfortable with using a client time card system (training provided).
