Manufacturing Technician

Our client, a leader in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry, is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to join their team. As a Manufacturing Technician, you will be part of the production support team, ensuring the proper operation and maintenance of drug manufacturing equipment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive approach to safety and quality standards, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Manufacturing Technician

Location: Des Plaines, IL

Pay Range: 22ph

Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

What's the Job?

• Properly maintain and operate drug manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Accurately weigh raw materials and active ingredients, then combine them into blends following specified procedures.
• Keep the equipment and facility clean and in good repair to meet safety and quality standards.
• Participate in completing work orders and document batch records in compliance with cGMP guidelines.
• Follow procedures precisely and complete all required training, including cGMP and safety protocols.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Willingness to learn and adhere to safety and cGMP standards.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes is a plus, but entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
