Jobot is seeking a hands-on Human Resources Manager in Hartland, Wisconsin to lead day-to-day HR operations and support employees across locations. You will oversee recruiting, employee relations, compliance, and performance management while partnering with leadership. In this role you will manage full-cycle recruiting, HRIS data, and payroll support, ensuring policy compliance and a positive employee experience.
