About the Position Serves as a Program Analyst at the Office of the U.S. Army Surgeon General / U.S. Army Medical Command performing a wide range of administrative and analytical duties in support of the Office of the U.S. Army Surgeon General / U.S. Army Medical Command Optical Fabrication mission. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service which includes experience in in researching and analyzing new or proposed legislation and regulations to determine program requirements and impacts; preparing briefings, information papers, and studies for senior leaders; and developing detailed plans for long-range implementation of the Optical Fabrication program.
