A dynamic, fast-paced private practice is seeking an experienced Radiation Oncologist ready to make an impact in a highly organized clinical setting. This direct hire, full-time opportunity is ideal for a candidate with deep roots and training in the Southeast, who thrives under the demands of a busy environment and values work-life balance. You'll join a cohesive group of female physicians and therapists who have collaborated for over a decade, utilizing advanced technology including Varian Halcyon, Truebeam, Elekta Versa, and Elekta Synergy, and managing documentation through ARIA EMR.


Qualifications:

• Board-certified Radiation Oncologist with all credentials/degrees obtained within the U.S.
• Minimum of several years' experience practicing in a high-volume, U.S.-based radiation oncology setting (no new grads, retirees, or foreign-trained physicians).
• Strong familiarity operating sophisticated radiation therapy machines.
• Demonstrated history of excellent performance in busy clinical environments.
• Preference for candidates with childhood and professional background in the Southeast.
• Ability to commit to limited time off, occasional call coverage (schedule to be discussed).
• Eligible for credentialing (30-60 days lead time).

Schedule Information:

• Full-time, permanent schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive care to a diverse panel of over 45 patients per day.
• Collaborate with a seasoned team of therapists and physicians to ensure optimal outcomes and continuity of care.
• Maintain meticulous records with ARIA EMR.
• Participate in timely, organized rounds and departmental meetings.
