A Charlotte area boutique concierge medical practice dedicated to exceptional, relationship‑driven patient care, is seeking an experienced nurse . This position will be 4 work days/week .

Position Overview

The Nurse will oversee day-to-day clinical operations, support providers, and ensure the highest standards of patient care. This role requires strong leadership, clinical expertise, and a commitment to delivering a premium patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage nursing staff and clinical workflows
• Coordinate patient care plans and ensure seamless service delivery
• Perform clinical duties including assessments, triage, and patient education
• Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and best practices
• Collaborate closely with physicians and administrative leadership
• Ensure a high-quality, personalized patient experience consistent with concierge care standards

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) with active North Carolina license
• Minimum of 10 years of RN experience (required)
• Prior experience in Emergency Room (ER), Intensive Care Unit (ICU), or school nursing (preferred)
• Demonstrated leadership experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
• Passion for patient-centered, relationship-driven care
