VITAS Healthcare is seeking a Hospice Admissions Nurse (RN) to bridge hospital or community care with the comfort of hospice. You will guide patients and families through a pivotal transition with clarity, empathy, and confidence, conducting assessments to determine hospice eligibility and educating families about Medicare benefits.
