Receptionist/Cashier

Dave White Chevrolet has been family-owned and proudly serving our community since 1968. We are looking for a high-energy, professional Front Desk Receptionist to be the face and voice of our dealership. Responsibilities:

• Greet customers, answer phones, and route calls to the correct department seamlessly
• Handle financial transactions for service, parts & sales customers
• Balance cash drawer, reconcile daily receipts, and prepare logs for the accounting department
• Execute essential data entry and handle incoming mail
• Prepare sales and service gas receipts for accounting department
• Maintain cleanliness of customer waiting areas

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in reception or customer service a must. Dealership experience is a plus!
• Exceptional verbal communication skills and a polished, professional appearance
• Dependability, punctuality and reliability are essential requirements for this position
• Ability to multitask handling a high volume of calls and transactions simultaneously with a smile
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
