Job Title: Packager Job Description

This role focuses on packaging canned beverages on a high-speed production line. You will unpack cases of beverages, repackage them into various carton sizes, and prepare finished products for shipment while working closely with others in a fast-paced, repetitive environment.

• Unpack cases of canned beverages and repack them into 4-pack, 8-pack, 12-pack, and 24-pack cartons.
• Make and fold boxes and other packaging materials accurately and efficiently.
• Tape packages securely to ensure they are ready for shipment.
• Palletize finished cases in an organized and stable manner for transport.
• Work on a production line standing side-by-side with coworkers and maintain a steady workflow.
• Follow established procedures and pace in a very fast-paced and repetitive work environment.
• Rotate between different stations as needed to support overall line performance.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and handle products with care.
• Consistently lift and move packages weighing up to 30 lbs throughout the shift.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and use proper body mechanics when lifting and standing for extended periods.

• Ability to repeatedly lift up to 30 lbs safely throughout the shift.
• Ability to stand on concrete flooring for up to 10 hours in a row.
• Comfort working in a very fast-paced and repetitive production environment.
• Comfort working in close proximity to others on a packaging line.
• Willingness to work occasional weekend shifts, including potential overtime on Saturdays.
• Basic experience or familiarity with manufacturing, packaging, or assembly is preferred but not required.
• Reliability in following schedules, break times, and production routines.

• Previous experience in packaging, kitting, assembly, or general labor roles is an advantage.
• Attention to detail to ensure correct counts, proper packaging, and secure taping.
• Ability to adapt to different workstations as you are moved around the line.
• Strong work ethic and consistency in performing repetitive tasks.
• Comfort using supportive footwear to manage long periods of standing.

You will work in a clean, air-conditioned facility that prioritizes comfort and fit by moving you between stations to find the best role for you. The environment supports a strong work ethic while offering stability in hours, paid breaks, and the potential for overtime. You can expect a supportive team atmosphere where you work closely with others and benefit from a structured, predictable schedule.

The work takes place in a very fast-paced, repetitive production setting within a nice, air-conditioned facility. You will stand for most of your 9-hour shift on concrete flooring, with comfortable placemats provided to help reduce fatigue. The typical schedule is a first shift from 5:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., totaling 9 paid hours, including two paid breaks: one 10-minute break and one 20-minute lunch. You may work up to 52 hours per week if scheduled Monday through Saturday, and overtime on Saturdays is a possibility. The operation does not typically extend beyond the scheduled shift, and there are times when the shift may end an hour early. You will work side-by-side with other team members on the line and may be rotated between different stations to find the best fit for your skills and comfort. Supportive footwear is strongly recommended due to prolonged standing.

This is a Permanent position based out of Anoka, MN.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $26.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
