Job Summary

STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking a Telco E-Commerce Fraud Product Manager on behalf of our client in Seattle, WA. This role is responsible for driving the strategy, development, and enhancement of fraud prevention capabilities across telecommunications and digital commerce channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fraud management, e-commerce transaction flows, fraud decisioning, and risk mitigation. This position requires a highly motivated professional who can independently lead initiatives, translate business requirements into product solutions, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to reduce fraud risk while supporting a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and optimization of fraud prevention products, capabilities, and processes across digital commerce and telecommunications environments.

• Translate business objectives and fraud-risk requirements into effective fraud policies, rules, workflows, decisioning processes, and product enhancements.

• Define and document business requirements, process flows, user stories, and functional specifications for fraud-related initiatives.

• Partner with Risk, Fraud Operations, Engineering, Data, Analytics, and Business stakeholders to design and implement fraud mitigation strategies.

• Develop requirements for fraud management tools, risk decisioning platforms, transaction monitoring systems, and case management solutions.

• Analyze fraud trends, customer behaviors, and transaction data to identify opportunities for improved fraud detection and prevention.

• Drive product initiatives from concept through implementation, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer experience objectives.

• Collaborate within Agile teams to prioritize backlogs, define product roadmaps, and deliver impactful solutions.

• Monitor product performance and fraud outcomes, using data-driven insights to continuously improve fraud controls and decision processes.

• Serve as a subject matter expert for fraud prevention, digital risk management, and e-commerce fraud strategies.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, Fraud Product Manager, or a similar role focused on fraud, risk, payments, digital commerce, or transaction security.

• Strong experience within Telecommunications (Telco), E-Commerce, Digital Commerce, or related industries.

• Hands-on experience developing and managing fraud policies, fraud rules, decision engines, and fraud prevention processes.

• Experience defining process flows, business requirements, and product specifications for fraud detection and prevention solutions.

• Knowledge of fraud management platforms, risk decisioning tools, transaction monitoring systems, or case management applications.

• Strong understanding of e-commerce transaction lifecycles and fraud risks, including payments fraud, account takeover, identity fraud, promotion abuse, and customer account risks.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage initiatives from strategy through execution.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.

• Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with Engineering, Data, Operations, Risk/Fraud, and business teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in high-volume digital transaction environments.

• Familiarity with fraud analytics, machine learning-driven fraud detection, or risk scoring methodologies.

• Experience implementing or enhancing enterprise fraud management platforms.

• Strong understanding of customer onboarding, digital identity verification, and authentication processes.

• Experience working with telecommunications products, services, and customer lifecycle management.
