Bond Vet is seeking an Area Lead Veterinary Technician to guide and mentor nursing teams across multiple clinics in the Chicago area. You will partner with clinic leadership to maintain high medical quality, patient care, and operational excellence.
You will develop and deliver training, oversee onboarding, and drive professional growth across assigned clinics while supporting Bond Vet’s mission to deliver compassionate, high‑quality veterinary care.
